We booked a table in advance through the online reservation system, but when we arrived, our booking was nowhere to be found—apparently due to a technical error. We waited for 15 minutes while they tried to find a solution and were eventually seated inside.

Our order for three people included: – 2 avocado toasts with omelets – 2 portions of white sausages – Bread with feta (which they later said they ran out of) – 2 black coffees – 3 glasses of water (0.2L each)

They first brought out just one avocado toast, and we had to wait another 40 minutes for the second one. Eventually, the chef came out to tell us they were out of feta and offered tomatoes or something else instead. We declined and asked again for the second toast, which they then brought fairly quickly. Thank you for that.

However, when we checked the receipt later—on our way home—we noticed we were overcharged by €9.80 for two additional egg portions we didn’t order. The total bill was €73, which felt very steep considering the disorganized service and overall experience.

What a hidden gem!!! Awesome place for breakfast with friends! Great and tasty food! Very friendly, helpful and flexibel team! A lot of the offered stuff is selve made! Daily different cakes and tartes ... Yummy! Beautiful interior with small special Details. The coffee-bar is probably the smallest in Rottach-Egern, but also one with great coffee! Absolut worth a visit and we will definetly come back soon!

Small groups should do a reservation in advance...

Enough parking slots direct in front of the house. Close to the lake, so if you need a small walk between brunch and afternoon...

Waren leider recht enttäuscht. Trotz telefonischer Absprache wurde unser Alpenwellegutschein nach längerem hin und her nur widerwillig angenommen. Zugeteilter/reservierter Platz war als Gruppe völlig ungeeignet und eine gemeinsame Unterhaltung dadurch schwierig. Angebot der Karte entsprach nicht dem des Internets. Man konnte auch nichts davon bestellen bzw. varieren. Trotz Aussage der Bedienung, die den Brotkorb zu den dekorierten Frühstückstellern als inklusive darstellte, sollte man beim Bezahlen dann jedes einzelne Baguette- und Semmelstück extra bezahlen. Hab ich so bei Frühstücksarangements auch noch nicht erlebt, dass gar kein Brot/Semmel dabei ist. Vor allen Dingen bei einem Preis von 20, - bis 25, - Euro pro Arrangement. Man lernt nicht aus. Muttertag scheint mir, wird in der Gastro immer mehr zur Anzocke. Schade

Nachtrag für die Besitzerin: 1.Mein Mann hatte vorher telefonisch mit einer Frau abgeklärt, ob der Gutschein noch gilt und wenn eine Reservierung angenommen wird auch drei Tage vorher, gehe ich davon aus, dass es o. K ist. Hatte am morgen angerufen, ob wir theoretisch auch draußen sitzen können (wo fast alles frei war) Da es aber den Omas zu kalt war, sind wir doch an den für UNS reservierten Tisch zurück nach innen. Gerne hätte ich auch ihre Rechtfertigung der anderen Punkte gehört, aber da kann man leider keine Ausreden finden. Einfach mal sagen, ok, das lief schlecht, wir waren überfordert, war selbst mal in der Gastro, würde ich echt verstehen. Fehler können passieren. Dann wäre alles gut...
