Bella Italia — Restaurant in Tharandt

This restaurant is a complete disaster. Upon entering, you're greeted with utter indifference – not a single staff member acknowledges your existence. Trying to order is an exercise in futility, with servers consistently ignoring customers.

The place is a hygiene nightmare. Flies buzz freely, and the so-called 'cleaning' of drink bottles is a joke – a quick dip in soapy water apparently suffices.

Service is excruciatingly slow, with customers waiting hours just to place an order. The contrast in staff behavior is striking – one Italian employee showed slight concern, while the Indian staff seemed utterly oblivious to customers' needs, acting as if they were deaf and mute.

In short, this establishment is an insult to dining. Abysmal service, unsanitary conditions, and glacial pace make for a thoroughly unpleasant experience. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place...

We went there thinking its an Italian restaurant, turned out they also have indian dishes.We placed our order(mango lassi,spezi,panir mattar korma ,and mutton khost),soon after ,drinks was served and after a while ,main course was served. Our food was sooo tasty 😋.

The chefs in pantry were preparing indian tea(chai) for themselves, they were kind enough to ask us for the same,we took one cup of chai,for which they didn't even charge us(god bless them).That says what a beautiful heart they have!such good...

Me and my wife when there for a nibble. We were not very hungry and do not eat meat so ordered one large Margerita Pizza. The service was excellent. People also spoke Urdu/Hindi so everything went smooth. The views were awesome and they have a nice indoor and outdoor sitting.

The pizza was not so great though. It was salty, loaded with cheese and the crust was thin and chewy.... Maybe it was a one time thing but we didn't like that...
