Christis - Eis & Kaffee GmbH — Restaurant in Trier

This is hands down the best ice cream and location in town. They take pride in the quality of their self-made ice cream, and for good reason! Add to that seasonal ice creams (seasonal food is something many high-class restaurants do to ensure quality) and you can only arrive at one conclusion: This place cares about their product a great deal. About a third of their ice cream flavors (every fruit variety except banana, for instance) is completely vegan, and they don't use artificial dye. Additionally, the staff is extremely friendly, and on cold evenings they offer blankets to people that still want to sit outside to eat. This used to be my favourite Eiscafe in the City to go to before or after my work shifts and sit for a few hours having some coffee and or Ice cream with either my Book or watch some videos ( with headphones! ) to let some time pass by. But since the Boss doesn't seem to like a paying customer sitting outside for more the an hour " because you're taking valuable paying seats away from other waiting costumers " even though no one was waiting for my seat to be open? Very rude and disrespectful and I'm so disappointed that all they seem to care about is money...

The salted peanut flavor has just the right amount of saltiness to enhance the rich, creamy texture, while the dark chocolate is luxuriously smooth and deep in flavor. Pairing them together creates an indulgent treat that satisfies both sweet and savory cravings. It's a must-try for any ice cream aficionado.
