Ms. Lian — Restaurant in Trier

I visit Trier 3 to 4 times per year. I always make it a point to stop at Ms. Lian for their outstanding food and service .

And since I have eaten here over a dozen times , I realized today I had not posted a review .

On a rainy October day in Trier I stopped by for a lunch and I remember they had Pho . Today I only ordered three appetizers to enjoy multiple dishes as I had recently had sushi

Their Pho with beef is outstanding . If you like spicy food ask your server for some spicy sauce to mix in. The beef is tender , the noodles just right and the broth is light yet deeply flavorful.

The silky shrimp dumplings are delicate and properly prepared . Don’t forget to dip in the black sesame soy dipping sauce provided.

Finally the spring roll shrimp has one of the crispiest tempura batters I have had . The sweet and sour sauce add the right balance to an already perfect crunchy spring roll

As it was a early lunch today I skipped on alcohol , instead opted for their homemade ginger lemonade with mint and lime . Real pieces of ginger floating around and the drink was a ideal accompaniment to this meal . Extremely refreshing. I could drink this by the bucket !

Good place to have Sushi.. Well, if you are a sushi enthusiast like me, there is one place that stands out from the rest. Located in the heart of downtown, this cozy little restaurant offers an authentic Japanese dining experience that will leave you craving for more.

My family and our friends were here to grab a late lunch after having visted some of the attractions in the city . The ambience is great , the initial speed of delivery was good , the quantity of food was great .The dishes were tasting nice and we were enjoying the food, However all of this was discounted as we found a worm/ caterpillar in the brocolli that we were eating . So if you were to order food here my recommendation is to give this place a pass . if every other restaurant was to close and you had to eat here to survive , please dont order anything with brocolli. I do not think that the hotel has clear and set processes to deal with cleaning , processing and handling of food , atleast my experinece was not reflective of this . To make it worse the person waiting on us offerred to discount the price of the dish , which we declined and she instead gave a mango shake to make up and then presented us with a bill with a mandatory minimum tip which was way more than the cost of the...
