ANSWER: The explanation made here is totally lie. Why you need to rely on what Michael says, but not to a father comes to your place as a family and want to eat. Why would I yell anybody. Michael used F words directly to me in front of my children. If this was in US he would be arrested , yet you still want to rely on this racist person word. If you checked the other reviews you would see that this was not the first time customer faces this kind of attitude. I wis in you deserve your place in business, I wish other people behave you like that in front of you children.

This place is totally racist. Only serve the German. Michael seems like the person in charge swears directly to the people. Any tourist never go there.

The food was awesome, as we know it from other cities. The location is beautifully decorated. Unfortunately, our experience could have been better than it was.

For our occasion we reserved a table, although this wouldn't have been necessary, as all throughout our dinner there were empty tables around us. We could have chosen freely like other customers did. There was a single man sitting at a table for 4, couples at tables for 4, 2 or 3 people at tables for 6.

When we asked to change our table at our arrival, we were told that's not possible because tables are given to groups of the corresponding size only (!).

It wasn't the size of the table that bothered us the most, despite having to play Tetris to place our drinks and food on it simultaneously. It was much more the fact that we were rubbing shoulders with the people sitting at the bigger table next to us, so much so that a waiter tried to give us their food, thinking we belong together.

Given the free tables around us, and the random nature in which they are distributed, we cannot justify the fact that our reservation made in advance couldn't guarantee us an enjoyable experience to celebrate...

We took the lunch meal options so it comes with a burger, a side (can choose salad / golden fries), a refresher drink and a hot drink. Only add 7.9euro on top of the burger price with range from 10.5-10.9 euro.

The place was quite packed but we were seated immediately. Portion wise it is fulfilling. I love the combination of their burger with lingonberry jam & camembert cream. I didnt expect it to be that good. Fluffy brioche bun, juicy patties. Also dont forget to use their orange sauce / mayonaise, super good!!

I ordered their original refresher drinks but it turns out to be soda drink, which I was not a fan of. Also the hot drink, I opted for their hot cocoa but it was too watery for me. Not as thick as I would've expected.

Overall had a great experience and would def recommend this place for a visit. Good...
