S O L E C K E R! S O P E R S Ö N L I C H! Wie waren am Samstag wieder in der Casa Antica. Alleine schon das Ambiente des Hauses ist toll. Die einzelnen Stuben sehr schön und persönlich gestaltet. Leider konnten wir uns nicht entscheiden und haben auch dieses Mal wieder das 4-Gänge-Menü gewählt. Einmal mit Fisch und einmal mit Fleisch als Hauptgang. Die absolut richtige Entscheidung. Ich liebe auch den persönlichen und auf meine Wünsche abgestimmten Service, der null aufdringlich wirkt. Als Vorspeise und Dessert hatten wir im Menü eine Variation der einzelnen Gerichte der Karte. Als Primi Piatti Kastaniennudeln mit Ricotta und frischen Trüffeln. Ein Gedicht. Die erdigen Trüffel und die aromatischen Nudeln. Perfekt. Der Hauptgang war ausgarniert mit lila Kartoffeln und leckerem Grünkohl dazu einer toller Braten bzw. Wolfsbarsch. Signore Alesi nimmt sich bei seinem Rundgang durchs Restaurant auch die Zeit, Fragen zu den Gerichten oder der Zubereitung zu beantworten.
