Osteria Bar Eden — Restaurant in Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Bad Säckingen

I am still in shock from the treatment my wife, young children, and I received. We were waiting for a table for five when a kind man tried to help us. I noticed an empty table with chairs, so I proactively took 1 chair from it. Suddenly, the manager started shouting at me, not just talking loudly but actually shouting, saying I couldn't do that. Embarrassed, I put the chair back and sat at the table they assigned to us. When I expressed how badly I felt about her behavior, she started shouting again and eventually kicked us out of the restaurant! I won't label this kind of treatment towards a foreigner, but if you are one, I suggest looking...

Sehr freundliches Personal, sympathisch, Leistung Preis /Qualität : sehr gut wobei ich seit über 1 Jahr nicht mehr Kunde bin, warum ? ganz einfach mit folgender Erklärung. Wenn man ca. 3 x wöchentlich mindestens ca. 22-23 € ausgibt (Menu 3 + Apero + Wein ) finde ich es kess und unverschämt dass man mir 1 € verrechnet für ein billiges Glas Leitungswasser. Zum Vermerk : es kommen einige Kunden von der gegenüber stehenden Gelateria aufs WC da derjenige keine hat und ich nehme schwer an dass wenn jeder einmal das Wasser laufen lässt , es mehr ist als ein 0,3 Liter Leitungswasser...und diejenigen sind nicht mal Kunden...deswegen 3 * sonst hätte ich mit...

Bella osteria in centro al paese. Una bella oasi di tranquillità. Ci siamo fermati per colazione e abbiano optato per ordinare due tipi di colazione alla carta. È arrivato tutto con il conta gocce, il pane dopo più dic15 minuti. Doveva esserci una spremuta d'arancia con ogni piatto, ma è arrivato un succo d'arancia. Niente di trascendentale ma se pago un piatto 13 Euro pretendo che vi sia quello che ho ordinato. E visto che le due colazioni erano a base di formaggio e affettati, il pane sarebbe dovuto arrivare subito. Peccato, probabilmente sarebbero stato meglio passare per l'aperitivo. Personale simpatico ma con margine di miglioramento...
