We went yesterday for a quick early dinner with some friends and the service was TERRIBLE , if I could give 0 stars I would, the staff was so bad!!! We got there around 17-18pm, it was basically empty, when we sat down we were ready to order some drinks and the waiter asked us "already?" Like as if it was gonna take us 3 hours to decide for 3 drinks, then when he brought the drinks we told him we were ready to order and he said he would be back, it took him 25 mins to come back and he came back because I had to go in and ask someone else if somebody could take our order, one of the waitresses was more interested in talking to her boyfriend who came to visit her at work than to wait the tables she had, when we ordered the food one of my friends asked if one of the sauces was warm or cold and the waiter said warm but when it came it was cold as if it was just taken out of the fridge, the fries were ice cold and pretty soggy, my burger was ok, and the waiter never brought cuttlery or napkins, he literally brought them once we had finished our food and said "oh, I forgot", for paying it was the same joke again, I was ready to leave without paying because we told one of the waitresses (also we had 3 different waitresses/waiters in this whole process, just messy) we were ready to pay and again another 25mins wait until I had to go in and pay inside as nobody was coming! I've been to other restaurants from the same chain and were really good with a great staff but this specific restaurant with the entire staff from yesterday was CRAP. If the staff is not interested in working there then they shouldn't, they were not doing anything, the whole time we waited the waiter and the waitresses were sitting down in a small couch area for clients with their phones. Sorry but this made my food experience so bad! I would definitely not be going back to...

Pretty bummed. Placed an online order for seven burgers, 2 large fries and a salad. Huge order for 120€, unfortunately the entire experience from pickup to eating was disappointing.

Ordered at 7pm, pickup scheduled for 7:45 and getting there at 7:45 nothing was ready. We waited 25 minutes awkwardly by the bar, and by the time we finally got our food we quickly checked to make sure we had the burgers.

Turns out they messed up multiple burgers, forgot all the extras that we paid for, and missed the salad. The fries were cold and stale, and the 2 sauces that came with the fries were half full.

The boxes the burgers were in were covered in sauce from being packaged by ketchup hands? It was just a mess.

I would be more understanding if they were slammed, or we were early, but they had over an hour to make the order, and it was a slow Thursday evening. The inside of the restaurant had maybe three tables of people? It didn’t make sense.

This is not for the college kids working the restaurant to be blamed for, this is just poor and...

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this restaurant. I went with my partner to enjoy a meal, but from the start, I felt I was being treated unequally by the waitress. She ignored me the entire time, directing all her attention exclusively to him—even when I wanted to order or respond. She only looked at me once to take the order, and then went back to completely ignoring me, even when checking if everything was okay.

The most unpleasant moment was at the end, when she handed the bill directly to my partner, automatically assuming he would be the one to pay—without knowing that I was the one who intended to. I felt invisible, as if being a woman meant I had no voice or decision-making power.

This wasn’t just a minor detail, but rather an attitude that reflects a very concerning bias. I hope the restaurant becomes aware of this, because every person deserves to be treated with respect...
