Modern health sandwich shops are bound to crop up in smaller cities because of their simple menus and lavish style, though they lose a touch of authenticity in the process of branding themselves.

It is easy to notice immergrün is not trying to please everyone, and offers customers the chance to visually pick whatever they crave, while staying in its narrow “healthy food” lane. And with its fast service and the option to eat in, it’s almost as if a food truck had a ventilated and shaded seating area.

I had a great time during my visit! They serve really delicious coffee here (which is quite rare). The portions are generous, the food is tasty, and the staff is friendly. I love places like this where I don't have to wait for the waiter multiple times, but it's not fast food either.

It's sad that there are only few outlets for electronic devices. But I can deal with it.

I'm glad I found a spot in Offenburg where I can always come back with pleasure whenever...

Ich bin schon seit sehr langer Zeit ein treuer Kunde des immergrün Unternehmens. Doch heute bin ich das erste Mal enttäuscht nach Hause gegangen. Seit einer Woche Systemumstellung und vieles hat sich geändert, leider nicht wirklich zum Positiven. Das Terminal an dem man auch bestellen kann ist jetzt leider sehr unübersichtlich gestaltet. Viele Soßen haben sich geändert, was an sich auch kein Problem wäre, hätte man die passende Allergen und Kalorienspalte gehabt, wenn man auf das kleine i drückt. Das war für mich als Person die von vielen Allergien und Unverträglichkeiten betroffen ist, ein starker Minuspunkt. Auf Nachfrage ob ich denn eine Allergenliste haben könnte, habe ich die Antwort bekommen, dass das System erst seit einer Woche in Betrieb sei aber man es sich sofort aufschreiben würde und am Chef weitergeben würde. Finde ich ein bisschen fahrlässig. Auch der Service war nicht der beste. Es wurden zwei Dips vergessen und in meiner Bowl, die ich mir selber zusammengestellt habe, wurde das zweite Dressing vergessen. Auch haben sich die veganen stripes verändert, bzw. Sind nicht mehr da. Alles in allem sehr enttäuschend, da dies der einzige Laden war, wo ich sorglos...
