Bombay Delight — Restaurant in Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Singen (Hohentwiel)

Came here for dinner on a Saturday evening without reservation. Was able to get a table easily. Ordered the malai kofta, butter chicken, garlic naan and paneer naan. Entrees came with rice. Food was average at best. Curries flavor was okay. Chicken was very rubbery, almost like the one you eat at Subway in a deli sandwich. Flavor of the curry wasn’t memorable either. Malai kofta which is supposed to be a little sweet wasn’t and wasn’t even savory that you will enjoy it, best phrase I can use is that it was different and passable. Breads were terribly undercooked. The paneer naan was like almost eating half dough which hasn’t been cooked properly. Overall a below average experience. My husband and me ordered food from here just to try it and honestly we got a nice and delicious surprise. First, the service was so fast, the food was at our door in 15 min. Hot and ready. The food was exquisite. The rice was well cooked and the sauce, omg, the sauce was so tasty, the chicken was soft and juicy. They don't serve authentic Indian food, specially their naan bread. They served us frozen ready to eat Chicken curry and when we asked the lady who serving the food about it , he was very rude. Also other restaurants in Germany serve freshly prepared food, also the curries were not impressive. And yes this is coming from an INDIAN!
