It was rainy day, and we were having there coffee, we paid, and were waiting for a friend of us, who went for a while to bathroom, waitress came to us, and told us (in english) to leave the place, coz people are waiting for a table, although there were 3 free tables inside, and more on the balcony under the umbrellas and noone was actually waiting there, when we said that we just want to wait one minute for our friend, to be back from bathroom and then we go, he started to shout at us, that we cannot, and "es geht nicht, es geht nicht". Schönes Café mit großer Terrasse und direktem Blick auf die Burg. Kaffee, Kuchen, Apfelstrudel und Milchshake richtig gut, die Preise wohl auf ortsüblichem Niveau. Nicht so toll (aber auf allen Terrassen das Problem) war, dass man zwangsläufig im Qualm der Raucher sitzt. Und ganz speziell für dieses Café, dass schon ab 45 Minuten vor Ladenschluss die Tische abgeräumt und neue Gäste abgewiesen wurden. Eine Abhilfe könnte sein, dass für Terrasse und Bewirtung andere Öffnungszeiten gemacht werden, als für den Straßenverkauf. Dann weiß man als Gast, woran man ist, und fühlt sich nicht abgewimmelt oder zum Aufbruch gehetzt.

Zu Ihrer Antwort: Es mögen berechtigte Gründe sein, dass Gäste lange vor Ladenschluss nicht mehr bewirtet und abgewiesen sein. Sie können aber nicht erwarten, dass die Gäste das wissen. Der Eindruck bleibt aber: Abgewiesen sein und zum Aufbruch gehetzt werden, also nicht willkommen zu sein. Schreiben Sie doch einfach hin, dass zwar bis 18 Uhr geöffnet ist, aber die Bewirtung auf der Terrasse um 17 Uhr eingestellt wird. Schwimmbäder z.B. bekommen das...
