Atmosfera — Restaurant in Verwaltungsverband Neckargemünd

the first time we visit this restaurant was really good.my kids are very happy. the food is perfect and also the waiter who serve us,his very friendly.thats why we came back 2nd time to this restaurant.but this time the service was a bet bad.the waiter is only one but his not the guy who serve us before,then we order the food,first we order the appetizer and a take to long,btw we order first before someone order for take out and the order of the man is very past got it before are food,so we wait until our appetizer serve but still not done and a few minutes he gaves us some bread coz my kids are hungry,then we wait for the tuna tartar and still didn't came, so i ask him,he said oh i will serve it together with the main dish😳i said can u serve us first the appetizer?then he quickly went to the kitchen and put on the table and left ,he dont even give us some plates🙄so i past this one, i could understand if there so many costumer that night but only 2 table inclu us is the costumer.the service is really not good.and me and my kids are not happy coz there food is good only the service is getting bad...sorry to say...

We had a pretty bad experience at this restaurant. Firstly the service wasn’t great it took us 30 minutes to get water and an hour for our food to come. When looking around at other tables we also noticed small things, like we didn’t receive oil with our bread and when they dropped my napkin I didn’t get a new one. The food was basic, you could make the same thing at home. There was also a big issue with the prawns that led to the person I was dinning with to throw them up. When we complained about this issues they told us we were wrong and we were not given an apology. Although the atmosphere looks nice I definitely do not recommend...

Ich war sehr enttäuscht: Ich hatte zum 50. Geburtstag von meiner Tante einen Gutschein über 50€ für das Atmosfera geschenkt bekommen. Als ich gestern Abend bei einem Abendessen mit meinem Vater den Gutschein einlösen wollte, wurde mir gesagt, dass der Gutscheint ungültig sei, da der Stempel fehlt. Der Gutschein war eindeutig auf speziell gedrucktes Formular des Restaurants ausgefüllt (nicht kopiert o.ä.). Ich war nicht dabei, aber natürlich hatte meine Tante die 50€ bezahlt. Ich verstehe nicht, was der Wirt denkt, wie ich zu dem Gutschein gekommen bin - denkt er, ich habe Blanko-Gutschein-Vorlagen geklaut und den Gutschein gefälscht? Ich fand seine Weigerung, den Gutschein zu akzeptieren, nicht nachvollziehbar. Ich hatte ihm nahegelegt, zumindest 20€ für einen guten Zweck zu spenden. Aus meiner Sicht ist einfacher unfair, dass das Restaurant die 50€ (die sicher bei der Ausstellung gezahlt werden), ohne Gegenleistung einsteckt.

Ich möchte hier nun keine größere Diskussion führen, nur anmerken, dass gestern nicht die Rede davon war, dass der Gutschein noch geprüft werden würde (es hat auch niemand nach meinem Kontaktdaten gefragt), dass es gestern/unten hieß/heißt, der Gutschein sei ohne Stempel/Beleg nicht gültig; jetzt wird als Argument gebracht, ich hätte ihn vielleicht bereits eingelöst (dann wäre er offensichtlich wohl doch gültig gewesen, zudem: warum sollte ich ihn dann noch haben, wenn ich ihn schon eingelöst hätte?).
