Very tasty specialty coffee smack bang in the middle of Weimar old town. Didn’t have much hope for a nice coffee from a local roastery when we got here, but happened upon this gem and very satisfied with what we got!
Americano was well extracted, nice body, not too bright (more of a classic house blend), and the oat milk cappuccino was very well executed and very yummy.
Beans are self roasted, with a varied selection to choose from at democratic prices and sold 400g bags which is honestly the better bag size.
Croissant was good, nothing crazy, but definitely fresh and went down well with the coffee.
