Palais Grill Restaurant — Restaurant in Wetzlar

Very poor. A hours wait for some drinks, reminded the staff twice that we was waiting only to be smiled at and told it was on its way. A hour later we asked again and complained to the manager, she says they were short staffed but they clearly was loads of staff stood around doing nothing. At this point we told them we was leaving and to cancel the food order, the manager said she wouldn't charge for the few drinks they did bring. This was a large group. Wir hatten samstags Abends einen Tisch bestellt Auf der Terrasse direkt an der Lahn hatten wir uns auf einen schönen Abend mit Essen vom Holzkohlegrill gefreut. Insgesamt waren drei Angestellte an unserem Tisch um jeweils die Bestellungen aufzunehmen und die Getränke zu bringen. Das wars dann auch schon. Wir haben nach 40 Minuten mal höflich nach der Vorspeise gefragt und hatten eigentlich damit gerechnet dass diese dann jetzt schnellstmöglich auch serviert wird. Kurzfassung: unsere komplette Bestellung war gar nicht in der Küche angekommen. Man hat sich entschuldigt und die Getränke übernommen. Aber aufs Essen hätten wir trotzdem noch einmal mindestens 20 Minuten warten sollen. Schönen Dank für nichts. Als wir kamen war nichts los was ist denn wenns voll ist ? Und Bestellungen auf Zetteln sind auch nicht...
