L&A Café — Restaurant in Witten

I stopped by this café recently, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Linda and Mohamed were incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was just right. The coffee was excellent, one of the best I’ve had in a while, and the pastries were fresh and delicious. What stood out even more was the unique selection of Swedish baked goods, which you don’t often see in Germany. Beyond the typical cinnamon buns, they offer treats like carrot cake and saffron pastries that bring a real taste of Swedish fika culture. It’s such a refreshing change from the usual options. The service was quick, and Linda and Mohamed really go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Thanks again to both of them for making the visit so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back. Today was my first Day that I visited L&A and i have to say that the owner (woman) was soooo nice and frendly and social (we had a nice small talk). I have tried lotus cake and it was a nice surprise (Not heavy and not too sweet- just as it soposed to be be). I defenetly recommend it and will go back soon! Keep on doing...

Super leckere Kuchen!!! Ich empfehle den Karottenkuchen, aber traut euch und probiert euch durch, wir haben uns drei Kuchen geteilt und was übrig blieb durften wir sogar mitnehmen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, gefühlt ist es mit der Kommunikation aber noch etwas schwierig, klappt aber trotzdem eingangsfrei. Absolute Empfehlung! Super delicious cakes!!! I recommend the carrot cake, but dare and try it out! We shared three cakes and were even allowed to take away what was left.
