My friends and I visited Coco Eats a few days ago, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
We started with shrimp appetizers and a tiramisu martini—both of which were very good. However, the main courses fell short. I ordered shrimp noodles, which were overly salty and poorly seasoned. The taste was similar to instant noodles I’ve had elsewhere—and better. After a few bites, I felt it was too salty to continue eating, so I informed the server, who took the dish away. My friend’s steak was also overcooked.
The staff offered to remake my dish or let me choose something else, but I declined since I had already lost confidence in the food and found the menu unappealing. Despite explaining this, they insisted I still pay for the meal I couldn’t eat. I made it clear I would not pay for food that was inedible. We requested to speak with the manager several times, but she never came to our table.
When we decided to leave, we paid in cash for what we had consumed. Shockingly, the door was locked as we were exiting. We opened it ourselves and left, only to have the staff approach our vehicle. At that point, they finally removed the inedible meal from the bill, and we settled the remaining balance.
On a positive note, the restaurant has a nice aesthetic. However, the food quality and overall service left much to be desired. This was my second visit, and it...
Read moreThe restaurant offers a visually stunning and aesthetically pleasing ambiance, with thoughtfully designed interiors that create a welcoming atmosphere. However, the management’s behavior significantly detracts from the overall experience.
Management appears to lack proper training, displaying unprofessional conduct by micromanaging employees and addressing them in a loud and disrespectful manner in full view of customers. Such behavior is not only belittling to the staff but also highly inappropriate in a professional setting.
Additionally, while many breakfast dishes are advertised as being served with croissants, they were unavailable during the visit, which was disappointing. Attention to inventory management would greatly enhance the dining experience.
While the ambiance is commendable, the unprofessional conduct of the management and lack of attention to detail leave much room for...

The BBQ tasted sweet. It was munchy. And that’s absolutely great. It’s not as big as any pizza you buy. It’s 8 pieces. It looks like a medium size, not like the jumbo deal that maybe papas pizza offers that’s like 12. Still tastes good.
Payment 💰: You can pay with cash or momo. They use a system that automatically subtracts its charges
