New South African Embassy — Local services in Accra

I presented my passport to the VFS for a tourist visa on June 23, 2023. A friend was getting married and as one of the bridesmaids I took a leave for 8days to enable me go. The wedding was on 20th July, 2023 and I paid for premium service. As I write this review on 24th August, 2023. I have neither received the visa nor my passport. It’s been more than two months and i have heard absolutely nothing. I went there to ask for my passport and money back and was given some shoddy excuse about why it is not ready and to please wait. How long must one wait to get their visa or passport? At this moment I just to get lawyers involved because i am just frustrated. I have another travel appointment and the South African Embassy has taken my passport and will not give it back to me. What do I do please. Will really...

I submitted my passport and documents on 25th August at VFS which I paid for premium and I had to travel on 15th September with my leave taken at work, now I’ve exhausted my leave days and don’t know when I’m going to get my passport back, I have an appointment next month which I need my passport but VFS always gives me excuses and now has even refuse in answering my calls, please you people should release my passport, deliver to me ASAP cos I paid for courier too, at least you should have let us know there was a problem before taking our monies...
