KFC Osu — Restaurant in Accra

I was at KFC Osu branch and I received the worst customer service ever in my life. I was starving and got there to get street wise package. Just after my order I was told I cannot pay with my Master card and that the machine has broken down. The other teller told the one serving me to go get another machine which she refused instead directed me outside to go cash money from an ATM to pay for my food. Like joke I was not served and I have go get into traffic again starving. This is really bad. I tried to call their hotline to make complaints and the receptionist on the line was evan bad. So folks if you are visiting KFC osu and you don't have cash on you try some where you can get cash before going otherwise advice...

Kfc is my all time favorite. It has got two floors and it's in the heart of Osu. You will get parking place, easy to locate. It's near shoprite. It has got clean washroom. Most economical is buy a combo pack worth only 20 ghc where you can ask for 5 different items and you have a choice from 7. i.e.,

3 types of chicken; 1: boneless, u will get two stripes , 2: one big piece with bone, choose the breast piece, 3: small piece of chicken (order only 1st two kind of chicken if you want rice also).

Order one ice cream.

Order a pack of potato finger chips.

Order a bowl of rice: may be you won't like the rice too much. It has got a different taste.

There is a choice of one soda. Don't buy, it costs 2...

Well they renovated the front desk . However if you need quality KFC u ought to go to th east legon branch . It seems they take care of the cooking much more than osu branch . Reason been I guess is the upscale nature of east legon area . osu Is extremely busy . You see sometimes the chicken is not even cooked well . The hot and spicy wings are sometime having chunks of pepper in one place on the chicken and the packaging is different than east legon ...the chicken especially side great u find it in osu soaked in oil...overaĺl the quality of chicken in osu is the least u expect...
