Kwae Terrace — Restaurant in Accra

Kwae Terrace was lovely. It is situated on the 5th floor of a very nice building in the Airport Area. I love that it has a well-managed parking lot.

Once you walk into the space itself, you will be blown away by the beautiful and spacious layout. I loved the touches of brown wood, lush green plants, the industrial metal -- contemporary African décor, tastefully and thoughtfully done. There is also an open air rooftop space with a beautiful view. It can get very hot during the day out there but I can imagine it would a lot more comfortable to be out there a little later in the day when sun is on its way out.

On the food side, I ordered the breakfast plate and everything was delicious. I also enjoyed the sugarcane lime drink and the carrot iced tea -- both were outstanding! The waitresses communicated very well -- polite, cordial and clear. Very professional.

Great space to do some quiet work and...

Always always a good idea. Food, drinks, ambiance, music and service always on point. Great place to work ( solo or with a team) and or hangout with friends.

Very spacious outside seating is available. No physical menu - they are digital 😉 (probably post covid, hadn't been there for a over year )

Loved the food and drinks as always ( had a chicken burger + sugar cane and lime juice 🤩👌🏾) Also loved the drinks coasters that mentions/show our tourists sites.

Only pet peeve was the kind waitress assuming I knew how to scan for their menu 😒 . ( That was quickly resolved after I drew her attention).

I’m a big fan of Cafe Kwae, so it was only right to try Kwae Terrace’s breakfast. Very cute spot to work from, or just chill, with a balcony, allowing outdoor seating. They sell books of various kinds as well.

Food :10/10 My favorite things were the mushrooms and potatoes on the Terrace Breakfast.

The hummus and ground beef dish was tasty as well. Could’ve done with more pita as the pita runs out quicker than the hummus

The French toast was such a treat! Moist and sweet.

The carrot cake ice tea has cinnamon notes which I loved, and was not too sweet, allowing you to savor the carrot cake taste.

The sugarcane lime fizz was tasty, but could’ve been slightly more fizzy.
