Level Up Lounge — Restaurant in Accra

Cool place and friendly staff except for the manager. She was a complete disaster. I had a question about some levies being charged to my bill and all she said was “everything is self explanatory”. I told her that I obviously didn’t think so since I still had questions about the charges and the math on the bill and she refused to look at it and help. She then proceeded to say how she hated tourists and how I was part of Ghana’s biggest problem. I told her that despite my appearance, I am in fact from Ghana and she then resorted to calling me a liar and laughing at me. There was more to the interaction but she simply isn’t worth my typing more. In short, the place is great but it would benefit from hiring a new manager. Was a nice place with good vibes. Area setting was on point and not overcrowded. Cocktails were really nice. But prices on the menu was different from prices given on the final bill which is very disappointing, and when asked, the waitress only said ‘sorry there is a change in price and only appears on the system’. I felt this is deceptive and misleading as the menu is only on A4 paper and could be reprinted easily. Makes me have a second thought if I really want to go back again, especially if I just want a cosy atmosphere and good music...

Great lounge area, outdoor and indoor seating. Visited for a private food tasting and it was amazing. I'd rather go there for drinks and not for food tho. Don't get me wrong, not that the food isn't great it's amazing. However I'd prefer to have drinks and finger foods.
