My friend and I visited Honeysuckle, Labone last night and had an awful experience. We ordered our drinks from a waitress (Anita) and was still glancing through the menu since we weren’t sure what we wanted. After some few minutes, we signaled to a staff (BB) who took our orders since the other staff (Anita) was waiting on other tables due to the busy nature of the place at the moment. Unbelievably, we waited on our food for nearly two hours( 1hr 45mins to be precise). We were getting agitated so decided to signal the waitress who brought our drinks(Anita) and asked her if our order was ready and could follow-up, but from her expression, she had no idea what we were talking about. So, we told her that, her colleague (BB) took our order almost two hours ago. Even if we hadn’t ordered, she was to come back to our table to ask if we needed anything else since our glasses were empty. Only for us to get to BB, he also said he told a colleague ( Richard) to take the order but he didn’t actually do as he was told. We were really hurt aside being famished. So the question I asked was, Why didn’t Anita ask whether we needed anything else after clearing our table (glasses) ?. Providing good and quality customer care services should be their core, you may serve great food and drinks but the way you handle your customers would determine whether to return or not.I am a manager myself at a health institution so I really know what I am talking about. The funny thing was that, they were unapologetic about the situation which got me furious and we had to leave to a place nearby(Shogun) to find something to eat. I expected them to take control of the situation at least , trying to retake the order but hell no. And trust me, at (Shogun) , their customer care services were awesome and terrific from the moment we entered, ordered our food and they finding out if we really enjoyed our meal. You loss two customers last night and I don’t know about other customers whom have also gone through this horrible experience.I would be grateful if the manager or owner really reads this piece and train or sensitize their staff on quality customer care services and improvement before they collapse the...
Read moreI had an incredibly frustrating experience at this restaurant, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. Last night, a group of friends and I dined there, only to find that one of our cars was broken into and a MacBook Pro, iPad and duffel bag with clothes stolen while parked at the restaurant. When we reported the issue to the security staff, the situation only worsened. The security manager, DANSO, and the restaurant manager handled the matter in the most unprofessional manner possible. They conducted a half-hearted interview with their subordinate, Joseph Owusu, who was present at the time we parked the car on arrival and responsible for monitoring the vehicles. Despite Joseph’s clear negligence, no conclusions were made, and the situation was left unresolved. To make matters worse, when we returned the next morning, the day shift staff had no knowledge of the break-in, and absolutely no effort was made by anyone to help us or investigate further. It felt as though the security team and management, if not directly complicit, certainly failed to take the matter seriously, leaving us with no answers or support. This was not just a terrible experience for us as customers, but it also raises serious concerns about the restaurant’s security and their commitment to protecting guests. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise anyone who values their personal belongings to...
Read moreThe first couple of times I went here everything went great. I had their mixed seafood noodles (with actual spaghetti and not Indomie - you’ll have to request) during my last visit and enjoyed it. I called to place the same order a couple of days later and was given the wrong order - tagliatelle. I took it back for it to be fixed because I wasn’t really in the mood for all that cheese and they brought me back the same error again - they only changed the type of pasta used. At this point I was very upset and asked the waitress to go get me the right thing I ordered. She got really sad and said her ‘madam’ will sack her if she found out she made so many errors. I felt bad and asked her to place a new order so I paid for both meals because I honestly wasn’t in the mood for cheese that day. After the long wait and back and forth, I lost appetite 😅. Always double check to make sure your waiter/waitress has got your exact order. This is specific to just this branch. Never experienced it at their...
