Poor service. Visited this place for a group Birthday celebration. Our first waitress disappeared without any notice halfway through taking our drink orders. Waited forever for remaining orders to be taken. Food was delivered late. Appetizers were served on saucers without plates to dish them on, had to make request for extra plates. Had to make multiple request to waiter and eventually going to kitchen to have food delivered. The place wasnt busy, so I have no idea why we had such bad service. To top it all off, we had to endure mosquitoe bites because once the coils placed by our table were burned out, they were taken away without any other replacements being brought. Had to make another request for that to be done. Beautiful location, terrible service. Won't...

Food is expensive but tasty and portions are definitely sufficient. We unfortunately had an unpleasant experience that I think could have been resolved in a more professional manner. The waiter and the supervisor of the waiter did their best, were courteous and professional but unfortunately he was not allowed to make a final decision. The restaurant coordinator on the other hand was not. Me and my friend were made to come up with our own solution, her manner was rude and her uniform was covered in stains. Ultimately the issue was resolved but I feel like she was hoping we would just pay up for a mistake made by the waiter. The pool at the hotel is definitely worth a visit, even for outside guests. Impeccable view of the beach and sea @ La Palm Royal beach hotel. The servers aim to please as they are incredibly helpful, dutiful and responsible. The beach is one of the cleanest I have seen in Accra.

If you are into the Ghanaian cuisine and live music, then pay them a visit. They usually have buffets that allows you to taste most of the popular Ghanaian cuisines.

Drinks are usually not a part of the buffet menu so ask before you incur undisputed costs.

This place adds and continue to make the city of Accra liveable and bearable....
