vida e caffè - Stanbic Heights — Restaurant in Accra

While my experience at the location close to the airport had not been a pleasant one (they were somehow lacking caffeinated coffee), things turned around quickly.

I'd written a note to their site for feedback and within 2-3 hours I was called by the manager. As a thank-you/apology, he invited my fiance and I to the Coco Lounge location for breakfast 'on the house'.

I have no doubt that those responsible for the lack in product were dealt with. It is also quite clear that the management of Vida E Caffe borders more upon the lines of professionalism than most of it's competitors.

Honestly, my colleagues and I have really tried to give this place chance after chance after chance but the poor service appears to be going from bad to worse. Sullen faces of the staff, the time it takes to make a simple coffee is almost as long as it takes to grow a coffee bean and it lacks any distinct atmosphere. I ve had many tasty sandwiches and lemonades at Vida but yesterday at the Airport Shell branch my roast beef panini was very disappointing. The slivers of beef we not hardly visible with a few sparse tomatoes and a leaf of lettuce. I also asked for it to be toasted and it was not and then I was given the run around for GHC3 change and after I got angry they changed appeared out of the till. I dont think Ill be going...
