Sweet Roses Chinese Restaurant Marina Mall — Restaurant in Accra

I am very unhappy about the experience I had at the marina mall branch. Although not the first time I eat from this chain , the marina mall branch made my experience go down. I have to almost all their branches and the palace mall and kaneshie ones are the best accordingly.

I passed by to order their 39 cedis chicken fried rice I do like a lot for me to be told to pay before ? By the lady beging the counter on Sunday the 27th. I was just handing my boy over to his mom and she straight told me that for me to let her know that I know I am supposed to pay. But there are ways. This branch is having lazy staff except that fair yound lady taking care of the cutleries that day. The rest, a bench if tired people, my bad for the language but that's how I felt. For me to receive the food and not being happy with the product I am used to from other branch.

Nevermind, it won't remove my hot to always get food from them but the Marina mall branch , kindly forget...

My colleague and I decided to try the "special fried rice" for ¢50, and since it was our first time ordering, we asked the seller about it. She mentioned it included chicken and beef, so we expected perhaps a thigh and some beef or visible and sizeable pieces. However, we received just five very small pieces of beef and chicken. I even checked the rice thoroughly to see if there were more pieces hidden, but there were none. Unfortunately, it didn't meet our expectations and felt like it wasn't worth the price.

We opted for a delivery via Yango. When the delivery guy arrived, he said he couldn’t park his motorbike and go upstairs due to some reasons, so we politely asked the woman to take the food to him. She refused, claiming she was the only one there. However, from our previous visit for our boss' order, we know there are usually more workers present. Why did she lie about being the only person there?

I love sweet roses because of their food and also their environment, I do both takeout and dine-in but I noticed that the waiters are not always nice especially the ladies. I had other experiences where I did feel like they care of their customers but I had one today that made me feel bad: there was no availability seat outside except one that was on the sun side so I wanted ask a waiter if she or I could shift it somewhere else but as soon as I said hello without even answering she just answered: I have someone drink so I asked if she could not just listen to what I had to say then she left. I find that very disrespectful to a customer iam and I’m disappointed, she could have at least say it respectfully I wouldn’t mind. Next thing she came to put my order on my table without any manner.
