I was around airport city waiting for a colleague, so I took that opportunity to pass by Kwae Café for a cup of coffee on a Monday morning. I am a coffee lover I must say, say I love the ambiance of this place. The decor is retro & you love pop music this is the place you want to be.

Customer service is ok but it can be better. A price for a cup of coffee is between 8-16 ghc which falls within the average price. They don't have a variety of coffee drink as compared to other cafés like Vida E Café for Second Cup but that is complimented for by their variety of meals.

This is a great place to have a meeting or spend some time waiting for someone, or to work if you are a digital nomad. This place can be found in the heart of Accra, 5 mins away from the airport, 10 mins away from the mall. I would definitely come...

Just OK. Some focused staff, some lazy staff standing around, some staff lying about change because apparently, that is the thing to do. The food was just alright, not sure what all the rage in the great reviews is about (if they are even real). I think they are lucky to be in this location because at least people from the offices upstairs only have this option as a nearby place to grab a coffee or bite to eat without going far. Please do NOT take a date here (like some of the reviews suggest - lol - again, they seem fake) as there are far better spots that will be quieter, and more intimate, where you will have a better experience. Won’t be returning.
