Looking for the best lamb in Antiparos? Take a few steps off the ferry and look no further - Anagyros! We got the zucchini fritters (deliciously seasoned and herbaceous), the taramosalata was solid and the sagnaki was missable - though it did have a honey drenched fig that was a very lovely bite.
BUT THE LAMB!!!!! Omg! We got the Lamb Kleftiko, which is cooked in parchment paper with herbs, pepper, onion, and feta so it’s super succulent and flavorful. The taste and texture was divine - would come back to Antiparos just for this!!!! The photo does NOT do it justice, the bite was next level. I asked for veggies but it traditionally comes with fries, which I would recommend.
