If you ever visit this beautiful virgin place called Ouranoupoli , the first thing you need to do is to find a parking spot (good luck with that n.g.l ) THE SECOND thing you need to do is to find a table at Apostolis and let the authenticity of Greece on a plate roll out.

-Amazing FRESH fish and sea food which the owner himself caught in the morning. Big variety of grilled meat like souvlaki or lamb chops(yummy).They also serve traditional "cooked" Greek food like gemista , pastitsio , mousaka,gigantes etc.

-Humble , simple BUT beautiful environment a few meters away from the sea. P.s you can always jump for a quick swim and come back .

-Very friendly and helpful staff always eager to assist you.

Terrible - avoid. First of all, they didn't have everyday ingredients for an omelette like mushrooms and ham, nor did they have a coffee machine - so the only options are Nescafé and poorly made Greek coffee. It took half an hour for two omelettes to come, given that we were the only customers in (it was just before lunch - all other places were empty, too, so we didn't think much of it). Great place! We loved the food, and the waiters were very nice and knowledgable. They had good recommendation on wines, and we felt like they were much more interested in us liking what we order rather than trying to sell us as much as they can. Waiter Nikolai spoke perfect English and Russian, which was extremely convenient for us as our party had people who only spoke one or the other language.
