We just came off a Celebrity cruise and took a taxi to our hotel - Hilton Garden Inn Athens Syggrou Avenue. We arrived at 7:30 am and couldn't check in. So we stored our bags at the hotel and looked for a breakfast place nearby. We are so happy to have found K-I-N Cafe.
It was a 10 minute walk from the hotel and worth every step. The crepes were wonderful. We had them stuffed with eggs, ham, bacon and gouda cheese. Definitely get their sauce on top too!
We also had our best cappuccino since leaving Sorrento, Italy. The owner is very friendly, great customer service. He speaks English as well!
There is seating inside and out. We suggest outside as it overlooks a small park with a fountain. Love the water noise in the background.
What a find! Support this local business. They have a good website too that actually has a menu:...

My husband got a fresh squeezed juice, greek coffee, espresso, and a waffle w/strawberries and baileys. He thoroughly enjoyed his waffle as well. The place also has a lovely atmosphere on a nice, shaded patio. Prices are also...

The cook himself came out to check on how it was. Which I appreciated. Big portions...
