Our Plateiaki — Restaurant in Athens

Absolutley loved this place! Went there in the late evening and it was so lively. There are many apartment buildings around so many locals were around. The food was just perfect. We ordered "half a mountain" for 2, just to try as much as we can. I think the half mountain would be more appropriate for 3-4 people, so it was very fulfilling for us. :) We finished the dinner with ouzo, which was our first time to try it. We were very pleased with our last night in Greece. Definitelt recommend! Super nice staff also, so they can help you decide if you are not sure...

We are here with 4 adults yesterday and simply had a blast! The waiter was really putting on a show, cracking jokes and laughed the entire evening. As this is further from the center it is less touristy, but they still have a menu in English. We tried some of the local specialties (wrapped souvlaki and skewers) and everything was delicious. The prices are really low, full plate for around 11 euros and wrapped souvlakis for around 4 euros. All in all simply a great place to eat, we would recommend...

Best gyro i had tried in Greece, is locate ard the street. Im taking away since is getting cold outside, the meat potion are nicely suit my belly. Tender and juicy meats, French fries still hit when i walk back to my place, fresh tomato and onion make it taste better. Their marinate chicken foot (drumstick) mention in menu is a must try, nice grill serve will pita. Although the owner look like maevel kingpin but he is extremely friendly, so do the staffs, veey friendly...
