one wonders with the obsession of this particular coffee chain to keep prices high. standard cup of coffee 2 € in cappuccino classic with the competition in the respective product at 1.70 € (!!!). even worst the one who puts the lid that we put in our mouth.. she collects money naked hands, and without gloves she grabs and puts the lid.. no anticipation no gloves...disgusting..you are a health disaster, and it is fair and appropriate for us to address the competent health service in times of pandemic. Finally, needless to say the forbidden word: cash register receipt ..? what is this? a few years after visit: coffee taste was 70% water 30% coffee. but prices are still the same!! and now competition is more expensive than Mikel's coffee chain stores. Κυριακή 13 Απριλίου γύρω στη 13:00 μπαίνω στο κατάστημα να παραγγείλω καφέ και μέσα στην μπάρα ήταν με πλάτη μια νεαρή κοπέλα με μαύρα μαλλιά και κοτσίδα καθώς έφτιαχνε κάτι , γυρνάει και μου λέει με ύφος "Πες μου" ούτε καλησπέρα ούτε ένα χαμόγελο ούτε ευχαριστώ στο τέλος, ήταν φανερώς σε πολύ κακή διάθεση.Είναι λες και την έχεις βάλει εκεί με το ζόρι. Ίδια συμπεριφορά είδα και στον επόμενο πελάτη από εμένα καθώς έφευγα. Καλός καφές , πολύ καλή...

Παραγγελία μέσω box παραδόθηκε μετά από μια ώρα και, για απόσταση ούτε πέντε λεπτών. Η παραγγελία είχε ένα ρόφημα και 3 muffin σοκολάτα. Πέρα της εξωφρενικής και χωρίς λόγο αργοπορίας της παραγγελίας, έστειλαν muffin φράουλα αντί για σοκολάτα. Κύριοι όταν δεν έχουμε ένα προϊόν οφείλουμε να επικοινωνήσουμε με τον πελάτη για να τον ενημερώσουμε πριν προβούμε σε οποιαδήποτε...
