⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing experience – won’t be returning

We ordered two fresh orange juices, which were genuinely nice – the only redeeming part of the visit. Unfortunately, everything went downhill from there.

I specifically asked for a ham focaccia without pepper. The waiter assured us this was possible. Then a waitress came over and, when asked again, she casually responded: "Just a little bit of pepper." Why say it can be made without pepper if that’s not true?

As you can see in the photo, there was clearly pepper in the sandwich. I’m not allergic, but pepper doesn’t sit well with me, and now my stomach will remember that €7.50 mistake far longer than I’d like.

The lack of clarity, poor communication, and disregard for dietary requests made this a very unpleasant experience. Sadly, what could have been a nice café visit turned into a frustrating and uncomfortable one.

I come to this place quite often. Unfortunately, the customer service is never consistent. Really depends on the mood of the waitress. And today, on Easter morning, it is simply terrible. The long haired, unhappy lady is clearly having a bad day and giving the most unfriendly and indifferent service ever. Not even a simple Kalimera, or a Geia sas, nothing. Taking my order was: YES? (as in, yes, what the hell do you want?) Then, it is SUGAR? And then she simply walks away. Come on! A little courtesy and politeness! This is basic family...

Επισκέφθηκα το κατάστημα και αρχικά η εμπειρία μου ήταν πολύ θετική χάρη στο προσωπικό καθώς και στα προϊόντα. Οι κοπέλες που εργάζονταν ήταν ευγενικές, πρόθυμες και χαμογελαστές, προσφέροντας πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση κάτι που κάνει μεγάλη διαφορά στη διάθεση του πελάτη, ακόμη και σε ώρα αιχμής όπου έτυχε να βρεθώ . Όσο για τα προϊόντα, ήπια έναν καφέ που ήταν πολύ καλός και έφαγα ένα γλυκό το οποίο ήταν πολύ νόστιμο. Η ποιότητα των προϊόντων είναι ξεκάθαρα προσεγμένη και αξίζει θετική αναφορά.

Δυστυχώς όμως, έγινα μάρτυρας ενός περιστατικού που με απογοήτευσε. Ο υπεύθυνος/ιδιοκτήτης (δεν γνωρίζω τον ακριβή ρόλο του) συμπεριφέρθηκε με απαράδεκτο τρόπο προς το προσωπικό. Δεν είναι απλά θέμα εικόνας προς τους πελάτες, τέτοιες συμπεριφορές δεν έχουν θέση σε κανέναν χώρο εργασίας. Ο τρόπος που μίλησε στους εργαζόμενους έδειξε έλλειψη σεβασμού, κάτι που θεωρώ απαράδεκτο.

Είναι κρίμα, γιατί το προσωπικό είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικό και τα προϊόντα είναι πολύ καλά, αλλά η στάση της διοίκησης επισκιάζει την εμπειρία και χαλάει συνολικά την εικόνα του...
