Μπούρτζι - all day cafe bar restaurant — Restaurant in Chios Municipality

We have visited Bourtzi 3 times in the past month. we had dinner and drinks on all three occassions. The service needs to be better especially the last time we were there. There was no light on our table and after a long time a young waitress brought a lamp and left again however it was out of batteries and it went out. She came to take our orders whilst siiting in the dark and i asked if she could bring another table lamp and she just said NO I CANNOT. I didnt want to eat my food in total darkness but the rude waitress was even worse than that, we should ve gotten up to leave then and there but didnt, Long waiting time, food ok but not great and came cold. The drinks quite poor and the wine was not what I ordered. Will not be...

Seeing the difference between a party night and casual drinks is pretty amazing ,as seeing a small crowd and a large group of people respectfully. Ability to get bottles when the time is right is fun and a great place to bring a date to when it calm or when you want to make friends to go on nice party night. The crowd ranges from all international people and Greek people to practice language skills on and the ages range as well from older couples and college kids. Whole the distance til the end of the pier is off putting to some, it is well worth it to sober up while coming back and some nice gyro and crepe spots open at night. Prices are medium priced for what you get and will always bring back mixers if you get bottle...

but the service and stuff are not very professional… it is a shame…i went with my husband and our two babies, there was few tables that was still free..the “girl” who was in charge to find us place to sit was not professional at all, very arrogant! she suggested one table at the restaurant area, we agreed, as we wanted to have a dinner and few drinks…and just when i took a seat she came back that is reserved…without reservation mark on the table and she was very rude to my husband, she almost screamed to him that she is in charge for reservations..very disrespectful behaviour! Of course we left the place! very unprofessional, no respect to...
