Amica Pizza — Restaurant in Chios Municipality

The pizza dough was poorly made but the toppings tasted okay.

I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and got a pizza with just the base and pineapples. I asked where the ham was and the waitress said because we spoke Turkish she assumed I wouldnt eat ham. So I asked them to add the ham and they brought it back with raw ham. I tried to eat it but it was weird so when she came back around to ask how I liked it I asked her to cook it for a little while at which point she started to argue with me. She was saying because I spoke Turkish and that “90% of Turks” didnt eat ham I should have specified that I did want the ham (mind you we had 4 beers in the same order). It tried to tell her that I spent weeks in various Aegean islands -all with roughly the same amount of Turkish tourists- over the past couple of years, that this is the first time this happened, and that the server always asks if I want ham, but she kept talking over me, getting louder and louder. She said we used the Turkish menu (used the English menu through the QR code) and ordered a mushroom pizza so I should have specified. I am pretty sure saying Hawaiian pizza is sufficiently specific, I didnt ask for a pineapple and cheese pizza after all. Then she threw the knife that was on my plate onto the table and grabbed the pizza saying “ok, ok”, went inside and yelled the order and a bunch more stuff in Greek. She then brought me a freshly baked pizza which is the only reason I am giving 3 stars. The pizza was okay but the experience was horrendous, I will definitely avoid this place...

I am sorry I have to write this review, but I have no choice. Our server was a lovely lady, she was hospitable and kind, no problem there. My husband ordered mixed grill, and one of the pork souvlaki was completely spoilt!! Not just the taste, the smell was that of a spoilt, old, rotten meat. I am an European, I grew up with pork, this is unexcaptable to serve spoilt meat, are you trying to get us a food poisoning. I ordered french fries, which were swimming in oil, poor quality overall, we both today have upset stomach. Needless to say,we won't be coming back,for the love of god, DO NOT SERVE SPOILT FOOD!!...

I went there lots of times and i have to say even tho that the shop is a pizzeria(their pizza is pretty good)i also loved their spaghetti because it has this beautiful taste and you can enjoy it even when it stops to be so warm .Their pita clubs and burgers i have no words how amazing there are it has so many things in each of them that makes them delicious!!!! I honestly love all of the foods from this shop!!Also the service is very kind and helpful if us the customers wanna ask something about the catalog and the prices.Keep up the good...
