I ordered the mushroom pasta, which originally came with bacon. The gentleman who took my order was very understanding about my dietary restriction and did his best to make sure it came without bacon. I really appreciate that. The pasta itself was tasty and filling. HOWEVER, the blonde waitress who served me and my friends was unbelievably rude and harsh. We were honestly shocked. When placing the plates on the table, it felt like she was about to slam them on our heads. Her English wasn’t very good, which made communication difficult, and whenever she struggled, her level of frustration and anger just kept increasing. The air conditioning was blowing directly on our table, and when I politely asked if it could be adjusted, she suddenly yelled at me, saying, “There are other people here too!” in a very aggressive tone. Such an impolite and unacceptable attitude. We didn’t react, giving her the benefit of the doubt and assuming she was just tired. Our experience was horrible. Waitress took the order. we waited almost 20 minutes then she came and said that the starter we ordered is not available. Then, she brought one of the main course as wrong. We are very sure that we ordered a different one but she accused us ordering a wrong one, treated as it is not her fault. Then, the pasta that we ordered for my kid 2 years old did not come because she did not place the order. This took us to understand almost 1 hour. We all ate the foods and my baby was waiting for her pasta for an hour but did not come and she was super hungry. All those mistakes, no one came to apologize. The woman who took orders only said that they are very busy. We asked for the bill, bill came after 15 minutes. At the end, we paid all the bill without any discount and apology. The handmade ravioli was delicious. We love Merlot and tried a lot, but the house red wine, Merlot, here was sour and tasted like vinegar. The rosé wasn't bad. The pizza was also decent, but it definitely needed olive oil on top. We asked the server to bring it. She went to the kitchen to ask them, and the staff there said something, but whatever happened, it wasn’t brought.
