If you find yourself in Arachova, make sure to treat yourself to an unforgettable dining experience at To Tsoulaki. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by the warm atmosphere and the delightful aromas wafting from the kitchen. The highlight of our evening, however, was the chance to enjoy an incredible culinary journey guided by none other than Chef Yanis himself.
Yanis is not just a talented chef; he’s a genuine person who truly cares about his guests. He took the time to sit beside us at our table and personally guide us through each dish, explaining the inspiration and techniques behind his creations. His passion for Greek cuisine shines through in every bite, and it was evident that he has a deep connection with the ingredients he uses.
Each dish we tasted was a level up from traditional Greek cuisine, showcasing innovative flavors and artistic presentations. From the first appetizer to the last dessert, every plate was a masterpiece. Yanis’ attention to detail and creativity transformed familiar flavors into something extraordinary.
What struck us the most was how Yanis connected with other tables just as he did with us, making everyone feel special and valued. It’s clear that he and his team are dedicated not only to their craft but also to creating a warm and inviting dining experience for all guests.
We wholeheartedly encourage anyone visiting Arachova to embark on this culinary journey with Yanis and his talented team at To Tsoulaki. Prepare to be amazed by the flavors, the ambiance, and the heartfelt hospitality that makes this restaurant a true gem. Trust us; it’s an experience you won’t...
Read moreWe had the pleasure of dining at this charming Greek restaurant, where the owner/cook truly delivered a memorable experience. His passion for traditional, home-cooked cuisine shone through in every dish. We entrusted him to recommend his specials of the day, and he expertly accommodated our party's diverse needs, including a food allergy, a young child, and a pescatarian.
The dishes that followed were simply divine. The split pea dish, featuring a secret vegetarian ingredient, was a revelation. The traditional Greek soup was comforting and delicious. The local greens, sautéed to perfection with crumbled feta cheese, were sensational. But the pièce de résistance was the slow-cooked cockerel with pasta and cheese - a hearty, satisfying masterpiece that left us all wanting more. We're still talking/dreaming about it the next day.
But what truly puts this restaurant in a league of its own is the unanimous acclaim from our entire party, including my mother-in-law, who's had the pleasure of dining at countless top-notch restaurants around the world. Her bold statement that this meal ranks among the best she's ever had is a testament to the restaurant's exceptional quality.
I must admit, I was curious about how this restaurant managed to maintain such an impressive score across so many reviews. Now, I know why. The combination of authentic Greek cuisine, generous hospitality, and attention to detail makes for a truly unforgettable dining experience.

Read moreMy sister, my 2 sons and i visted this restaurant one fine evening. The restaurant is super cute and has a very nice atmosphere. We sat outside and enjoyed the lovely weather and scenery of Arachova. Giannis came to our table and asked us where we were from, and began with an entertaining story about his experience with Canada. He then began expaining about his menu and how he makes all the food fresh, including his own cheese! He gave us the option of ordering "Greek" food, or letting him prepare his specialties for us and experiencing real fresh authentic Greek food. Ofcourse, we chose the authentic food. It was sublime. Extremely fresh, every bite was beyond delicious and the gyro dish, fava and tomato soup was the best i have ever had. Giannis was amazing, entertaining, genuine and his love for his job and his passion for his menu showed in his personality and food. We visited nearly a dozen places in Greece and over 2 dozen restaurants, To Tsoukali was our favourite. We will always eat here when visiting Arachova. Oh, and the price was insanely cheap considering it was a 7 course meal for 4. Amazing through and through. Thank...
