On the tiny beach somewhere in Ikaria is the Paralia Restaurant, I ordered 3 things for myself because there’s no such thing as being a big back on your Greek holiday, A Saganaki, slice of Mackerel fish & a pasta. Let’s start off with the Saganaki, sharp, rich, cheesy, 9/10. Now the Mackerel- let’s get creative here, you know when you walk in on a freshly toasty warm carpet & it smells good, yes, yes this is what the fish tasted like in the BEST way possible, I don’t even like fish yet whatever magic sauce I was dipping it into along with the toasty seasonings on the fish I couldn’t stop eating it, 10/10.
