For anyone who has an allergy PLEASE STAY AWAY from this restaurant! For all others feel free to visit. Food is good and location is awesome BUT....Four of us just came from dinner. One party has an allergy to cheese. She orders a green salad without cheese. I specifically tell the waiter in Greek that the girl is allergic to cheese. Salad comes with no cheese. She takes one bite and realized something was wrong. She starts to feel sick and feels the urge to empty the contents of her stomach! After finally getting the waiter over to our table, we come to find out that the dressing has Parmesan cheese! If that’s not bad enough, WE get blamed for “not letting them know” that one of our party has an allergy! Not sure how else we’re supposed to make it clear! Waiter was told at time of order in his native language but didn’t pay attention! Then the restaurant CHARGED US for a salad that wasn’t eaten and could have caused serious consequences! Giving an extra star only for the food, otherwise they deserve zero stars. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve had in any restaurant. It took 1 and a half hours just to get a salad as a starting meal. The waitress was nowhere to be found and when we finally got a hold of her, she dismissed us as if we did not matter at all how long we’ve been waiting. I almost think that she was as being racist because we did not speak Greek. The table behind us set at least 20 minutes after us, yet they were done with their dinner by the time we got our salad. When it came to ordering dessert, we called another waitress for help since our waitress didn’t seem to care to check on us at all. We got essentially the same attitude and response from her. If you don’t care to sit for hours waiting for a meal, then this restaurant is for you. We had a wonderful dinner at this restaurant. The food overall was delicious as were our cocktails. We had the octopus which was delicious, the sea bass ceviche which was so good, not fishy at all!!! The sushi was fresh and fantastic and the shrimp bao buns were AMAZING!!!!!!! For entree we had the sea bass and the tsipoura, both amazing as well as the shrimp pasta which was great and the rid eye steak which was good. The steaks were expensive for the size.
