We ordered the same gyros with the same toppings today as yesterday (actually with one topping less this time). Yesterday, the price was €5.40 per gyros, but today one was charged €5.40 and the other €6.20, even though the menus CLEARLY show €4.50.

Yesterday the staff member was very polite, and we thought the higher price might be due to toppings, so we didn’t ask. However, today the person taking orders was quite rude, and I wasn’t even able to finish listing the toppings I wanted (so in fact there were fewer than yesterday), yet the price was higher without any explanation.

It is a gyros place, and should be rated as such. This is not fine dining, but the food is fresh, fast and great value. The meat was delicately seasoned and not greasy and the salad was crunchy. You have as much, or little of the sauces as you wish. The chips are probably frozen, and the bread from a packet, but a fairly nutritious, delicious meal for €5 is to be applauded. We ate here several times during our holiday. The staff was really friendly and in for a laugh. The Albanian guy working there was also really friendly! The pita gyros were really good! My girlfriend was vegeterian, but this was no problem and they made a vegetarian pita for her.
