Hotel Olympia — Hotel in Kassandra Municipality

5/5 stars, great hotel, clean with great staff! Would totally return here,there was nothing negative really. 🏝️The beach and central area is a 5-10 minutes walk and there are shops and super markets everywhere close until late so you always can buy what you need. 🏠We had a pool view room with a balcony, which was really nice. The shower is big enough so you don't have issues with dripping water everywhere, but the shower head stand was a bit shaky (usage damage), it would be cool if they replaced it - but it was still totally usable, just a little wobbly. 🥞Breakfast was sufficient, there was white bread, cookies, cake, boiled eggs, fried egg, bacon, little sausages, beans, 3 types of cereal, fruits, salami, cheese, yogurt and some veggies. There was milk and juice available as well. There was no coffee stand for self service,but you could order a free coffee of your liking from the bar, which is 100 times better! 🤭 🐱The pool got very crowded early in the morning so we didn't use it, but we preferred the beach anyway. It is a pet friendly hotel, and there were a lot of cats around (strays) that are used to the tourists and enjoy all the snacks they get. 🔗There is free WiFi but is a bit slow sometimes and at night it stopped working for some reason. 🍽️In the room there is a proper hairdryer (thumbs up), a safe free to use and iron with an iron board. In the kitchen, there are some plates, glasses and water cooker, along with a small ceramic plate and a small fridge with a small freezer, which basically covers cooking if you are staying for a couple of days. We stayed 3 nights only and our towels/sheets were not changed, but the room was tidied up every day. 🚙Parking: the hotel has a private parking that is located around 50 meters away that opens and closes with your room card (so you need to first check in and have your card in order to enter it). ❗If you are coming with a car: be aware that the whole area is extremely dense and full of parked cars, so there is basically possibility only for one car to go at a time (both directions is not possible), which means parking once you arrive before you get your key will...

We flew to Thessaloniki Airport and had arranged for a taxi to take us to the hotel, which was a great choice, it cut the journey time to an hour. We also arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the hotel to the airport, which meant we had a slightly later pick up time than if we had used the coach.|From the arrival we were made to feel very welcome by the staff. We were allowed to settle into our room and then invited to go to the bar to order a welcome drink of our choice. |The hotel is a small, independent family run hotel, so there are parts that may need to be refurbished, but this didn't take away from the friendliness and welcome that the staff gave to us throughout the week we were there. The ladies that cleaned the rooms worked very hard and ensured they were spotless, including the pool and reception areas.|The resident cat Simon has his daughter Molly living there, she is a kitten. They made the whole stay so pleasant and Molly was a constant joy - although do check any bags that you have open by the pool as she is known to climb in and either play with the contents or sleep in it!|The food was brilliant, well cooked and when ordering a bar snack the portion size was huge! Fresh ingredients were used and there were no complaints from us regarding the food, the breakfast was also good with either an English cooked breakfast or a European style with cold meats, cheese and fruits.|The location was great as we were close enough to restaurants, bars and the beach but far enough away that their noises didn't disturb us.|The hotel bar has an extensive selection of both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. |I had the most relaxing holiday last week and totally recharged...

🌟 “Amazing Holiday – Can’t Wait to Come Back!” 🌟||What can I say — we’ve just stayed here and had the most amazing holiday! 😍||From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a complimentary drink of our choice, which was such a lovely welcome. We arrived in the evening, and the pool area was beautifully lit up — it looked stunning and immediately set the holiday mood.||Our accommodation was perfect. We’re a family of four and had two spacious rooms, both with air conditioning and TVs. The linen and towels were soft and clean, and the beds and pillows were so comfortable — we all slept brilliantly! Our room was cleaned daily, and the attention to detail was fantastic.||The hotel grounds are immaculate and always beautifully maintained. The two guys running the bar are amazing — so friendly, welcoming, and hardworking! 🍹 The snack bar food is delicious with huge portions, and the drinks are lovely and reasonably priced, similar to what we’d pay at home.||The location is perfect — just a few minutes’ walk to the old square, where there are plenty of great restaurants. If you’re after something livelier, the main strip and the beach are only a 5–10 minute walk away.||Would we stay here again? Absolutely — in a heartbeat! ❤️ We had an incredible time and...
