Perfect place for dinner!
We had amazing seating right next to the water and local cats were fishing further down the shore.
Our server Vasili was amazing and asking if everything was alright and overall charismatic and a wonderful guy.
I had the Tagliata well done and it was done to perfection. No sauce needed as the meat had a wonderful taste and went perfect with the baby potatoes and arugula. My girlfriend had the Greek salad which was also great quality and the feta cheese was top notch. We shared garlic bread and it was wonderful.
We wanted to try the house wine but it was finished so we were happy to be recommended Tales of Blood and it was amazing and paired really well with the meat!
A very good place for a cozy dinner, the only problem is we didn’t try it earlier so we could...
Read moreService was normal, but the restaurant is not as gluten free as they advertise.
In the menu you will find gluten symbols to identify gluten free food, but don’t trust them, we asked about a few plates as we wanted to be sure and discovered for that the “Flutes” were made with wheat flour.
At that point our trust was completely gone and we kept discovering they did not provide gluten free food, but just added the symbols to get more clients.
So we had to lose 30 mins between the very kind waiters and the kitchen explaining and asking specifically what they were using to make the plates.
It took a lot of effort, but we had a nice dinner.
Celiacs, don’t trust the “Gluten free” items on their menu, be very aware both of this and of...
Read moreIf this was a review only for atmosphere and view from the table it would get 5 stars easily. The tables are places right next to the marina and the view, especially during the sunset, is breathtaking. The food is pretty much ok, though I think it depends on what you order. The menu is quite extensive. The biggest miss is the prices. This is a very expensive restaurant, maybe the most expensive in whole Nidri. 8 Euros for a glass of wine. During my visit it was also clear that the restaurant is quite understaffed when the tables fill up. Even though the waiters do their best, you have to wait quite a while. This is not the place to get value for your money, but if you want to experience a breathtaking view with your dinner it’s...
