Nefeli Beach Bar — Restaurant in Lefkada Municipality

This is absolutely the worst service — no understanding of who the customer is or what service means. The first time I ordered coffee, it was exactly how it should be. When I came back the next day and ordered EXACTLY THE SAME THING, they brought me instant coffee, without ice and sugar. When I politely said that this was nothing like what I had ordered before, they just brought me sugar. Then I asked them to change my order, since at the same time they were serving exactly what I ordered to other customers. They said they couldn’t change my coffee to another one — I had to pay for it again, and if I wanted to exchange it, I’d need to pay an extra €3.5 They said that in Greece, it’s common to pay extra and that nothing is changed for free. The waiters are complete liars...

The owner is extremely rude. The parking signs were very misleading and he deliberately and aggressively blocked us in (we had literally just arrived and mistook the restaurant next door for his parking). It was an honest mistake but he made us wait ten minutes and then yelled at us and threatened us saying we wouldn’t move until we paid him 5 euro because we “cost him 10 euro in business” in spite of the fact that it was after 5pm and he had no customers there. I’ve never been treated so rudely by someone as a tourist before. It was an honest mistake and he was extremely aggressive and mean about it. Asa patroni, asa angajati, nu pot sa spun ca am avut niste experiente chiar atat de rele, dar spre rele, am stat de 2 ori aici la sezlonguri in prima si ultima zi de sejur- deci -1 experienta- mai dupa amiaza am luat doar un sezlong bineinteles cu comanda de la bar - bere si ne au adus si niste alune din partea casei- la plecare- angajatul bagase un furtun pt.stropit iarba, la cismeaua unde inainte te spalai pe picioare de nisip- am scos si noi un pic furtunul pt.a ne curăța pe picioare de nisip sii....a venit chelnerul foarte agresiv - ca ce facem noi acolo, cum facem asa ceva- poate ii consumam apa , acu la plecare- era in stare sa ne ceara bani pt.m.cub de apa😂😂 !! atentie inainte ne spalasem pe picioare tot acolo .....trecem peste....- 2 a doua experienta- ne am luat sezlonguri- "" gratis"" cu servire de la bar, bere, frape, etc.2 sezlonguri la numar si la iesire din apa, sez.noastre erau la umbra in spate de tot, la strada pietonala, am pus si noi un prosop la uscat pe al 3 lea sezlong (toate din spate erau goale) si imediat a venit chelnerul sa ne ceara sa servim ceva ....sezlongul si servirea 😁😁😁 si cu o privire periculoasa- de nebun 😂😂 In concluzie- servire agesivă, cu forța, tot sa iei ceva mereu, atitudine agresivă, plimbat mereu chelnerul printre sezlonguri, ca un caine de paza, daca serveai mult de la iei erai prietenu lor daca nu săreau sa te muște agresiv 😂😂🐮🐕🐂- experiente contrare unei atmosfere placute sau relaxanta ....de evitat ....daca nu consumi mult de la ei si nu i faci sa piarda timp...
