I asked for a compost which was suppose to be a semi cold with strawberries and vanilla served over small balls of meringa. After half an hour the served me a glass can boiling. All melted together and a big spoon instead of a tea spoon. I asked for changing and they change after 10 minute. I noticed that the order in the glass can was completely inverted (the strawberries were in the botto, the the vanilla player and eventually the balls of meringa. I explained still politely that it is not easily edible since I would have eaten the dried balls before the strawberries and the taste in this way would be a complete non se se. I asked for the manager and I asked him if it wasn't possibile to have a sweet similar to the picture, at least have another similar composition. He replied simply not! Refusing to serve anything else. I paid even more than it was requested and going away I waisted the sweet away. THEIR ARROGANCE IT IS REALLY UNACCEPTABLE! They fave me a hirribke service and a low quality food. I strongly recommend not...

We waited 20 minutes to be asked what we would like to order The order of 4 drinks (1Red Bull, 1Sparkling water and 2 cocktails) took another 20 minutes to be served I explicitly asked if the mango in the cocktail "CARMANGO" (8€) was pulp or juice where the waitress replied: It is natural pulp When the cocktail arrived watery and I confronted the barkeeper, he showed me a bottle of Monin Mango Natural Flavour, which is a sirup and said: Thats it! The leather couches are damaged and you can see the inside of it It seems the place is not cleaned on a regular basis as the floors and walls were dirty The menu is not Covid protective conform on nasty, sticky paper and it is not possible to desinfect it properly All statements I wrote above are proven by attached photos. Waitress did not understand english No desinfectant on our table!

Nice location for a place not worthy someone's attention. Even though pets are allowed everywhere in this country except of restaurants (with many exceptions on that), the staff decided that a medium sized dog was not allowed and the way they chose to demonstrate this was not by being honest but, they told us that there are many customers who pretend to be allergic because they don't like the presence of a pet. So, without the least decency to admit their views, they blamed the -non existing at the moment- customers. With the exception of one waitress, they were not friendly at all in their ways and choosing to lie by blaming those who pay them to run the place, left us with the worst impression;...
