Παράδειγμα προς αποφυγή που δυστυχώς συμβαίνει με ιδιοκτήτες καταλυμάτων . Χωρίς καμία παιδεία κυρίως για τον τουρισμό και εκπαίδευση στο τουριστικό προϊόν με ότι συνεπάγεται με αυτό . Αλλά με γνώμονα το κέρδος και βασιζόμενοι πάνω σε αυτό. Κυρίως χωρίς σεβασμό στον άνθρωπο τα χρήματα που διαθέτει αλλά και τον πολύτιμο χρόνο που αφιερώνει για τις διακοπές του, κάτι που είναι σημαντικό για όλους. Με σημαντικό έλλειμμα εμπιστοσύνης και συνέπειας αλλά και τήρησης όσων έχουν ειπωθεί.Μπορεί εύκολα να του καταστρέψει τις διακοπές σου και το όνειρο να γίνει εφιάλτης. Δυστυχώς δεν αντιπροσωπεύει την ελληνική φιλοξενία και πολιτισμό. Αλλά την ελληνική πονηριά δόλια και ύπουλη συμπεριφορά. Η Ανάφη είναι ένα υπέροχο νησί με φιλοξενους κατοικους και ευτυχώς υπάρχουν επαγγελματίες που σέβονται τον φιλοξενούμενο τους και έχουν παιδεια πολιτισμό και κυρίως ανθρωπιά.

Probably the best food in Anafi. I had the best fresh Tuna Pasta of my live here. Also the Giant Beans in the oven were excellent. A speciality of the house is the Moussaka made with tuna fish. Sounds weird tastes delicious. Definitely give it a try. Aubergine in the oven to die for. The setting is spectacular, from the terrace you overlook the Aegean sea. Beautiful. We spent two weeks in the middle of August, sleeping in Pachia, one of the three rooms just few steps below the restaurant, taking the breakfast and dining on the restaurant terrace.
