Tholos — Restaurant in Municipality of Anafi

Best place where to eat on the island. Everybody is so kind and the location is such beautiful that you feel like at home. A older lady in the kitchen prepares incredible dishes and the value for money is enormous (around 15€ per person for starter, main plate, dessert, glass of wine and digestive).

We have eaten there many times during our stay in Anafi, and we strongly recommend this restaurant both for breakfast/brunch that for dinner. Moreover, beautiful view, incredible smoked raki (digestive), and a must to try is the mosaiko (dessert).

just a note: No fish...

Setting aside the spectacular views that the place offers, we can definitely say that the people running it were probably the most friendly and kind on the whole island. As far as food is concerned we went there twice for breakfast and once for dinner. The dishes are not sophisticated nor there is a wide variety, however they are really tasty and match the “less-is-more” philosophy of the place. We could easily dine or breakfast there every day if we weren’t curious about other options the island...

Mediocre food, horrible service! The only worth was the music and the view! Definitely won’t go back again.
