My other half said it was average, I think that's a generous review. I really was not impressed given it was the most we paid for a meal in 10 days, and was my worst.
I honestly believe if you are not a guest of the hotel you get a different experience. Service was slow, and waiting staff not attentive.
We asked for mixed dips to share ... I was asked if I wanted bread with dips. I didnt think at the time and said yes, when she walked away I thought what would you expect me to do with a mixed dips if I didnt have bread of veg? Dip my finger in it? Felt like a random thing to ask given the nature of the dish. Mixed dip platter was €7 for 4 dips (I've had better from lidl) really not worth the money's, bread wise bill says bread x 2 €0.70 this was 3 tiny little rolls, and I mean tiny. We asked if this was 1 portion as the receipt (which was placed on table before we received anything) said 2 we where told after some attempts to clarify this was 2 potions so we thought it weired that 1.5 tiny rolls would be 1 portion. Waitress laughed when we sarcastically made a point of this and she said "yes its expensive here" and walked off Main meal €9.50 each... certainly was not a big portion as some reviewers have said. It was ok but nothing special. As I said I believe u get a very different service/experience if u are not a guest. They asked us and told each other several times "they no guests" Wine (house rose) ok reasonable price for glass Cocktail didnt taste of any spirit wasn't worth the €8.50 At end of meal we asked for 2 espresso €2.50 each, this is from a bean to cup machine. They sat on the bar for about 10mins before brought over so were cold. I have to say there are far more authentic and better value places in georgioupoli, I wouldn't go again, I'd rather take my €43.90 else where and spend it better. If you do choose to go. View is ok. Take a shawl can get nippy if there...

I can't quite believe there as so many good reviews for this place, if I could give it no stars I would. The views are nice and the seats are comfortable but that's about it. Food was absolutely shocking. Pretty certain most of the menu is microwaved and massively over priced. My partner had the tuna which was over cooked and her rice was definitely microwaved as she picked lumps of rice out all stuck together. We complained about the rice and a new portion of rice came out within minutes, no apology or an offer to take money of the bill. I had the moussaka which was average and after the meal I was so ill. I think I counted 6 microwaves in the kitchen, why a restaurant would need that many microwaves is beyond me. Over €50 for the meal and a drink each, service was average. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Far nicer restaurants at much better prices elsewhere than this...
Read moreThe restaurant has a beautiful view of the coast and surrounded by amazing mountains. The atmosphere is friendly with nice back ground music. The staff are all very friendly and attentive. Always checking if you need anything or that your meal is ok. I've eaten most things off the menu here after staying for 10 days at the hotel and must say all my meals have been exceptional. All amazing fresh ingredients. The salads I've seen being picked by the chefs as they are grown on the grounds. Fresh herbs, fish and meat. All nicely seasoned. Great selection of traditional Greek dishes all worth trying out. The portions are good size, so you won't starve! A great place for a romantic evening or to go for a filling lunch before you head out for an adventure. 100% recommend visiting the GB...
