I visited recently and was truly impressed. The museum has a superb collection of paintings of all kinds and is, without doubt, one of the best museums in Greece. For me, it’s definitely in my top 2 favorites on the islands, and I would even say it’s the No.1 must-visit museum in Kerkyra. What makes it even more special is the dedication of just a few passionate locals who keep it alive and running, despite very little support from the authorities. Their efforts are what allow visitors to enjoy such a cultural treasure. I absolutely recommend visiting—100% worth it!
