Naoysa Taverna — Restaurant in Municipality of Central Corfu and Diapontia Islands

I wish I could say at least one positive word about this restaurant. But I certailnly cant. Eating here must be one of the worst experienced I had in a long while. The food was absolutely awful, tasteless, soggy. The cesar salad Was filled with raw bacon and and a weird, chemical-looking sauce. It Was just absolutely horrible. In addition, we didnt get tzatziki that we ordered. When we kindly told the waitress about this, she started gaslighting us, saying, that something must be wrong with our taste buds, because „the man sitting near us” had the same dish and said it was amazing. I highly doubt that. When we peaked at his food, it turned out, he was having something completely different. We didnt eat anything, even the bread that was just old. Only one pasta, after seasoning it by ourselves, was nearly „ok”. If you want to have a shitty mood and stomach ache, you should visit this place. Oh, and ofcourse, we had to pay for...

Ive had "mixed grill" for 14€

Everything was REALLY underseasoned and soaked in lemon juice The fries were rubbery The souvlaki were undercooked, pink, rubbery on the inside and basically charcoal on the outside The burger had half a centimeter charred shell The lamb(?) were hard as rock and rubbery The chicken was fine i guess, but i assume it was mirelit and not "grill" The sausage was just charred

The place was really noisy due to it being next to the road They also played the same two songs on loop

Even the fly on my plate left without a second though

Theyve brought my plate fairly quickly (so thats a plus) shame it was all burnt

The food, service & atmosphere are perfect. The atmosphere is like you are at your own home, the host, the owner & waitress are polite and I like their energy very much. The service is fast. Like others near restaurants by where you wait 30 min for salad here you are served salad, tazaiki, bread, cold drinks immediately as you sit & order - so you can refresh while waiting main dish.

The meat and food is like homemade, perfect. I enjoyed every taste. The meat is basically melting in your months.

I am now coming third day in row for lunch, this is how much I adore their kitchen.

After lunch we were served desserts/furit on the house. Perfect touch!
