The best place we visited and we would go again and again, due to the array of fresh food on the menu. It was a joy to see the colours and smells as the food was carried to other tables; we wanted to try everything. Absolutely gorgeous food, it was fresh and well presented. We started with the platter and dips which were all homemade, absolutely delicious. For my main course I had Sofrito- red meat in white wine sauce, it was to die for, so tasty and the meat melted in your mouth. The hubby's had sirloin steaks which were well priced and cooked to perfection. The peppercorn sauce was hot and tasty. My favourite sister in law had the risotto, which is an art in itself to cook perfectly; they didn't disappoint. The drinks were well priced compared to other venues and they would make you whatever you desired. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for you, the atmosphere and music was the full Greek experience; with an added bonus of a spectacular sea view. As a head chef with many years of experience, I have to say that we came to Ipsos and, after being disappointed by the food in a few places, God truly guided us to this wonderful restaurant. I can only say one thing the food here is absolutely exceptional, it literally melts in your mouth. All compliments to the kitchen and the entire staff! I ordered the sea bream perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful, simply outstanding. My fiancée had the grilled seafood mix the octopus was tender and beautifully done, the squid perfectly prepared, and the prawns absolutely delicious. My sister, being a true meat lover, went for the mixed meat platter, and again perfectly grilled, full of flavor, just excellent! I must also mention the appetizers beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. I sincerely wish you all the best and great success in the future. I am seriously impressed with this place! The food is literally without a miss! Everything is prepared, served and thought out to perfection. We had 7 different dishes in a span of a few days, and every dish was sublime. Soft, juicy and perfectly spiced. I would change nothing. The atmosphere is also excellent with traditional greek music and very comfortable chairs and seating in general. The only minus would go to the servers who mistaken the drink order, didn't bring utensils (fork and a knife) for a meal, and when asked to pack leftovers they simply brought and empty box to the table, expecting us to pack the food.
