Title: Extremely disappointing experience

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience as a parent who visited this pool with my two children. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the staff’s behavior and overall attitude.

Instead of providing a welcoming and respectful environment, they acted in a rude and unacceptable manner, raising their voices and making us feel very uncomfortable. As a paying customer and a mother, I expect basic courtesy and professionalism — especially in a place where children are present.

This was not the case. The way we were treated was disrespectful and completely uncalled for. I would not recommend this place to families, and I sincerely hope the management addresses these issues...

First of all, the place was truly amazing, the views, the people, everything. But what made it unforgettable was the way we were treated. A very special thank you to the head of the place, people like you make the world a better place. You didn’t just host us; you made us feel like part of your family. A little corner of paradise! This pool bar is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the best of summer. Beautiful pool, breathtaking view, and a laid-back atmosphere with great attention to detail. The cocktails are delicious, with a unique Italian touch. The aperitivi are top quality, and the coffee? Probably one of the best I’ve ever had in the area.
