What a wonderful restaurant. My family first stopped in really late on a Sunday night as our flight and car rental was delayed and we were really hungry. Luckily we were able to grab a pizza from Lottos before they closed, thanks to the kind service from the manager, and it was the best pizza I’ve had in Greece! The manager invited us to come for dinner another night and so we did and wow what a special place! We ordered food like general, there was an amazing live singer and the service was impeccable as was the food, really the food was made extremely well. But the best part was after the manager surprised us with a desert on the house and drinks! This is really how you keep returning customers, just those simple things that show you really do care and that the restaurant isn’t a place to make money, but a place that serves great food, they put customer satisfaction over everything! I highly recommend Lottos and unfortunately we never caught the manager’s name but he was so kind and made us feel at home. Please...

I wasn't going to review but read the others and they stretch reality so much I felt compelled to. Overall - staff seemed nice but the pizza was not great - we wanted to order pepperoni but when I double checked they said it was was not with mozzarella which was 2 euro extra on a 12 euro pizza. We were going to leave then but we're told that we could have it no extra charge so stayed. When it arrived the base was quite good for Crete and the mozzarella was nice ... But.. the pizza tasted of curry, the sausage was kind of a cretan bratwurst and my sons thought it tasted of tobasco. They filled a hole but don't go thinking it will be anything like a good pizza made at home with a gozney or in a pizzaria. We were given some profiteroles and ouzo with the bill no charge. No idea really how it compares with others...
